In the summer of 2010,  father and son,

Mattituck natives decided to venture east to Greenport and open a fresh seafood restaurant and Tikibar. 

Well here we are, 14 years later and counting. Billy's by the Bay is the talk of the East End of Long Island!

We have local seafood available for lunch and dinner, seven days a week (during the summer)! The menu includes lobsters steamed or stuffed, fresh local fish of the day, steamers, mussels, clams and oysters on the half shell, fried oysters and belly clams, shrimp, and many options for land lovers!
